- All Tape drives, optical drives are
reconditioned unless otherwise specified.
- Controller card and hard drive are used, pull
tested.
- All tape media are new, unless otherwise
specified.
- Please note that we ship bare drive only, no
driver, manual...
Warranty information and return policy:
- Tape drives and controller cards carry a full
6-month warranty from the invoice date. 90 days warranty for hard drive and
optical drives.
- All repair services are guaranteed for 6
months from the invoice date.
- All warranty need a return material
authorization # (RMA). Please call 888-892-2299 or use
online
form.
- Any item returned for warranty must be
returned in the same condition it was received.
- Warranties cover manufacture defects from
the date of invoice until the warranty by us expires. It
does not cover, negligence, power surges, misuse, physical
damage, loss of use or anything of that nature.
- All returns must be done within 30 days
of invoice date.
- Shipping fees are
non-refundable, and a 20% restocking fee will be charged on
all returned and exchanged items. In the event that an item
is found by us to be defective within 30 days from the date
of purchase, all shipping fees will be refunded on returned
items. Exchanges on defective products can only be for the
exact same item. The 20% restocking fee will be waived on
all defective products.
- After 30 days should the problem occur,
Please call or email us for RMA#. We will repair, replace the product for
you. In case the product is unrepairabe (very rare
case) and we do not have product in stock, we will refund
your money. Shipping cost is
non-refundable.
- For warranty repair, You pay shipping
to us and we pay return ground shipping to you. Upgrade return
shipping is available, you cover the shipping cost
difference.
- Occasionally, A Courier will damage units
during shipping. If this happens, all packaging material and
the original box the unit was shipped in must be saved for a
Courier to pickup (or on-site inspection), along with the
damaged item. Failure to provide everything necessary for us
to file a claim to a Courier may also void your warranty.
- If the item you are returning is not
packed properly and gets damaged in shipment back to us then
the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the courier
to get their money back and we are no longer responsible for
refunding the buyers money due to improper packing for
return shipment.
